Return Policy
If you have received the correct order and are unsatisfied with the item, we’re happy to accommodate this request within 14 days of receiving. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged, with tags still attached. All items are exchangeable for store credit only. Once we receive the item, you will be given a store credit of the same price as the returned garment. Store credits are valid for one year from the date they were issued. Exchanges can be accommodated on a case by case basis. If you wish to exchange for a different size or item, please include this information in your email and we will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
To return an item, please email customerservice@everydaylords.com and include:
- Your order number, receipt, and/or proof of purchase.
- Name on the order.
- Email address on the order.
- Your request.
For domestic returns:
Please allow 1-2 days for your request to be processed, and only proceed with your return once you have received a return shipping label from our fulfillment centre.
For international returns:
Please allow 1-2 days for your request to be processed, and await return instructions from our fulfillment centre before proceeding. Please note, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back to our office for international returns, and will incur the shipping cost.
